About the studio
We do not decorate square metres. We design how you will live in them.
SOVA is a small team of architects and designers that takes on no more than eight properties at a time. That is how we keep the standard: every project is led by the studio founder, not a manager.
We know the Dubai market from the inside — from the nuances of developer approvals to which materials survive the local climate and which will crack within a year. You get an interior that looks expensive not only in the render, but ten years on.

Four formats.
One standard of execution.
SOVA is a full-cycle studio: we design the interior, carry out the renovation, manufacture custom furniture — kitchens, wardrobes, walk-in closets, joinery — and handle complete procurement. One contract, one team, turnkey. The exact price is named after the first meeting and does not change.
Concept, layout, working drawings, 3D visualisation
Design project
A complete documentation set from which the contractor builds exactly what you saw in the renders. Nothing is "figured out on site".
Design + renovation + custom furniture + procurement + supervision
Turnkey
You visit once — for the handover. We handle developer approvals, contractors, our own furniture production, logistics and every joint on site.
Kitchens, wardrobes, walk-in closets, joinery, lighting, textiles
Custom furniture & procurement
Bespoke cabinetry made to our drawings with European hardware, plus access to private showrooms and factories in Italy, Portugal and the UAE with trade discounts we pass on to you.
Hardware & fittings
Furniture is judged by what you cannot see
Every kitchen and wardrobe we make runs on European hardware — the hinges, runners and lift systems that decide how a door closes today and in fifteen years. We stock and install it ourselves, so nothing is "replaced with an analogue" on site.
Hinges & lift systems
Soft-close hinges and parallel, folding and swing-up lift systems for wall cabinets. Blum Clip top Blumotion, Aventos HF / HK.
Drawer systems
Slim steel sides, 40–70 kg load, full extension and integrated soft close. Blum Legrabox and Tandembox, Hettich AvanTech YOU.
Handle-less fronts
Push-to-open and Servo-Drive electric opening, Gola aluminium profiles and integrated grip channels for seamless fronts.
Sliding & pocket doors
Silent sliding systems for wardrobes and room dividers, pocket doors that disappear into the carcass. Hawa, Salice, Hettich.
Internal organisation
Corner pull-outs, larder units, trouser and tie racks, jewellery inserts, waste sorting. Kesseböhmer, Peka, Vibo.
Lighting & sensors
Recessed LED profiles, door-activated lights, hidden power supplies and dimming inside every wardrobe and kitchen.
